By engaging Cyprus Resin for resin surface installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Cyprus Resin provides professional resin surface installation services including:
3.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of assessment.
3.3 Additional costs may apply if unforeseen circumstances arise or if the scope of work changes.
3.4 All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT where applicable.
4.1 A deposit of 30% is required upon acceptance of quotation to secure your booking.
4.2 The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.
4.3 Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or cheque.
4.4 Late payments may incur additional charges.
5.1 Installation dates are subject to weather conditions and may need to be rescheduled.
5.2 The client must ensure clear access to the work area.
5.3 Any preparatory work not included in the quotation is the client's responsibility.
5.4 Installation times are estimates and may vary depending on site conditions.
6.1 All installations come with our comprehensive guarantee covering materials and workmanship.
6.2 The guarantee is valid provided the surface has been maintained according to our care instructions.

8.1 Cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled installation will receive a full deposit refund.
8.2 Cancellations made within 7 days may forfeit the deposit.
8.3 We reserve the right to cancel or postpone work due to unsuitable weather conditions.
9.1 Cyprus Resin maintains full public liability insurance.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
9.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations. Clients must keep children and pets away from the work area during installation and curing periods.
All designs, specifications, and documentation remain the property of Cyprus Resin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to Cyprus law and jurisdiction.
Cyprus Resin shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients with active projects.
